Return and Exchange Policy:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at unofficialzerobyz@gmail.com within five days of receiving the item. Before being approved or denied, every exchange request is put through a quality inspection to ensure that hygienic compliance.

We may reject a Return if:

  • The Item has been used.
  • The Merchandise is damaged.

Exchange Process: Upon approval, the client must ship the item with the tracking ID in the same email thread to officialnotnowthenwhen@gmail.com. Once we receive the item, the exchange process takes places within 7-10 business days.

Damaged Items: In case you receive damaged items, please send images to officialnotnowthenwhen@gmail.com, and you will hear from us within 24 hours.

Additional Details:

  • Exchanges for the same product’s size are strictly allowed only once.
  • Exchange availability depends on certain variables such as stock levels; we cannot guarantee the desired size will be available. If not, we’ll provide a shop credit.
  • The shop credit is valid for one month after being issued.

Note: In any event of a return, the customer will receive shop credit instead of a refund.
